All searches carried out at whatever level will include a search of the NPD PAYMENT PERFORMANCE DATABASE, this database is exclusive and only available to NPD’S customers. This database contains information which is collated from the following sources.
NPD's Search Department
Details of all reports ordered from our busy searches department, this includes incorporation date, turnover, net worth and credit ratings (if applicable) any judgement information, legal filings i.e. winding up proceedings, intention to dissolve etc
NPD's Debt Recovery / Legal Department
All cases being handled by our legal department are registered, details of any legal action being taken, winding up proceedings, payment plans, post-dated cheques etc.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NORMALLY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS ONLY BECOME A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD 14 DAYS AFTER JUDGEMENT HAS BEEN GIVEN.

We encourage our customers to tell us about their customers, whether good or bad, this gives you a real-time insight into a company’s creditworthiness.
NPD has for many years specialised in tracking Companies that fail (The Phoenix or The Prepack) and then recommence trading the next day usually from the same address and telephone number; we also collate and track the individuals/directors who are associated with these companies.
Please also be aware that all searches carried out via NPD are subject to an automatic FREE 12 month monitor. This means that you will be informed by fax or email of any adverse data that we receive from any source, this includes all public record information.
